Affiliate Embedded Form:

The embedded form is a great supplement to your other affiliate marketing efforts. You can place it on your Home page, Thank You page, Special Offers page, or any other page that you think it might do well.

Two Steps to adding the form to your page:

1. Review the samples below and select the one that will suit your website best. The majority of the samples use minimal formatting so that you can easily integrate these forms into your site. A white background is enforced in order to ensure that the text is readable.

2. Cut and paste the code you want into your web page. Where the code reads ListOpt_AffID = 91, you must change the 91 to your personal affiliate ID number. To get your affiliate ID number please contact us.
